This was the first time I had to have teeth extracted and I was a bit anxious! Dr Robertson and his staff but me at ease before my procedure. I opted for anesthesia and my nurse Karen did a wonderful job administrating it! before I knew it I was done and on my way home! No pain!! Dr Robertson called that evening to see if I had any problems or questions. My overall experience was a positive one!

Even though I didn’t have a referral card or x-rays upon arrival, the staff were very positive and professional and did not let that interrupt the scheduled procedure- Dr. Neil Robertson was very nice and provided great care when providing the local and when extracting my tooth - his assistant Cassie was super nice and made me feel comfortable while I was getting the procedure done. I really appreciate the care that was provided!

I was terrified walking in to the building, but as soon as I sat in the chair and the wonderful anesthesiologist talked to me along with the doctor and staff I was relieved and comfortable. They helped curb my overwhelming fear of the dentist. Absolutely would return (hopefully I don’t have to!)

Had a minor surgical procedure for a pretty random issue and Pittsburgh Oral Surgery (Shadyside) was excellent. They're easy to get a hold of, friendly, quick, and efficient. Most importantly the resolved the problem. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone in need of any oral surgery.

Dr. Davies was super nice and patient with me especially while numbing me up. I have a horrible phobia of needles and she was very kind about it. I was a little nervous when I made the appointment because I thought I'd have to come back for the extraction on a later date, but the consult took only a few minutes and then they immediately got started on the extraction so I was extremely grateful for that. Overall I had a positive experience and I'm grateful this office was recommended to me.

I went to Pittsburgh Oral Surgery to get a dental implant. Everyone from the receptionist to my Doctor, Neil A Robertson with friendly and very professional. Making an appointment was easy, parking was always available and the wait time was never long. They also followed safety protocols with high regard. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is needing dental work.

After hearing stories from friends and family about their experiences with wisdom teeth removal I was extremely nervous to have the procedure done. However, Dr. Robertson and his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed for the procedure. I barely had any pain and swelling post surgery. I feel like I had the best experience I possibly could have had and I would reccomend anyone to Dr. Robertson for wisdom teeth removal.

The office staff was friendly and accommodating...they followed all procedures for COVID-19 precautions, as well as requiring your signature for designated COVID questions...the office was set up to maintain social distancing for all patients and hand-sanitizer was readily available...all of my questions were answered in a respectful manner. Dr. Davies extracted a tooth and inserted a post (dental implant) in preparation for a crown in which both procedures were pain-free to my amazement.
